The last day of the opening round of the NJSIAA state basketball tournament will take place Friday afternoon and evening, as Non-Public sections get underway, followed by quarterfinal action in Public sections in Groups 1 and 3, which opened play Wednesday.

Notable is that due to the unavailability of their gym on Friday, St. Thomas Aquinas will host a girls’/boys’ doubleheader on Saturday. The boys will host Camden Catholic at 1 pm, while the boys’ host St. Augustine at 3 pm.

Sunday is an off day, then Public Groups 2 and 4 are back at it with quarterfinal action on Monday.

Below is the full schedule of Friday and Saturday games in all sections with CJSR-area teams still alive. Area teams are in bold, with times provided for all local games as well.
