It’s finally here! It’s Cutoff Weekend in high school football here in New Jersey – event though it feels like the season started yesterday – and we discuss it all on the Week Seven edition of “Gameday with Marcus Borden.”
Mike and Marcus look at some big wins last week for Hillsborough and and St. Thomas Aquinas, then look at some of the key playoff races involving Big Central teams, including what looks like a lock No. 1 team in Somerville in South 3, and Spotswood sweating it out in South 2.
Then they preview this weekend’s coverage games, including Friday night, when Coach Borden will travel to Union County for Delaware Valley and New Providence. Saturday, he’ll be in Middlesex as the Blue Jays take on Belvidere in a battle of two of the top smaller schools in Middlesex County.
