It’s Week Two of high school football preseason camp in New Jersey, with scrimmages in full swing. On Wednesday, Central Jersey Sports Radio analyst Marcus Borden visited Milich Field in Montgomery to watch the Cougars in a quad scrimmage with Hillsborough, Linden and Nottingham.
