The Rutgers Prep Argonauts got an RBI single in the first from Andrew Parisi – the only run of the game by either team – and a complete game, eleven-strikeout shutout from starter Max Treonze, to beat Ridge 1-0 for the Somerset County Tournament championship as heard on Central Jersey Sports Radio presented by Zoned Sports Academy.
