The Destroyers have moved up from the Greater Middlesex Conference Gold Division to the Blue following a 25-5 season, their best in almost 30 years, which included their first trip to the GMC Tournament quarterfinals since 1993, and a tough loss to University in the North 2-Group 1 finals. They’re led by senior guard Drew Johnson – who’ll be headed to Penn State-Brandywine after graduation – and his 1,288 career points.

Edison also had a terrific 2019-20, winning the GMC White Division, the school’s first-ever division title in the league. Nico Barnes leads the offense, coming off a season where he scored 8.5 points per game and grabbed 4.3 rebounds per contest. The Eagles also added 6-foot-6 transfer Joseph Greer, a junior who played last year at West Windsor-Plainsboro North.
